A: No, De-Beauty False Eyelashes does not come with glue. Glue is sold separately.

Q: I attempted to place an order a
few days ago, but it said my card was declined. I tried again and gave me a message that I
could not place an order as it was a duplicate order. Today, I went to check my credit
card online and found that there was a charge from your company. I checked my account on
your website and it shows I have no orders placed. Please advice!
A: This scenario normally happen when customer enters all correct information
except the 3 digits CVV code is incorrect. To resubmit your order with the correct CVV
code, you would want to wait for a while to avoid getting the "Duplicate
Order" message. This function was built by our credit card processor to
avoid accident of hitting the "Submit Order" button several
times and customer ends up with double or multiple charges on their credit card.
Unfortunately, we do not have control to disabled that function.
As for being charged when your order did not go through. Again this is out of our control
that when you submit the credit card information on our website, your credit card
company/bank receives the information through our credit card processor company,
AuthorizeNet, and the bank automatically collect and hold the fun for a few days. Please
rest assure that the fund will be released by your issuing bank within 3 business days at
minium, but it should no longer than 6 business days. If it does, please contact us and we
will be happy to report the issue to our credit card processor.
Q: Do you accept telephone order?
A: At this time, we only accept online order through our online store or e-mail
order to sales at de-beauty dot com.
Q: What forms of payment do you
accept?
A: We accept major credit cards: AMEX, Visa, Mastercard & Discover. We also accept
payment through PayPal.
Q: Why do I see "JAK &
Sweetie LLC", not "de-beauty" nor "De-Beauty" on my
shopping cart?
A: "JAK & Sweetie LLC" is our parent company name. All payments is
currently directed to that name.
Q: Do you charge Sales Tax?
A: By law, we are required to collect 9.25% Sales Tax to Products shipped in California
State. However, to make all California residents have the same benefit as out-of-state
customers, we pay that portion to the state.
Q: How do I change or cancel my
order?
A: We will make every efforts as long as it has not been shipped. Please note, we ship the
product out within 24 - 48 hours after we receive the order with a completed payment. To

Q: I tried to change the quantity of
my order on the shopping cart to 10 pairs of false eyelashes, but it kept showing only 1
pair?
A: There is an "Update" button located to the left, the same
row with "Checkout" button. If you have clicked on that "Update"
button and the quantity still does not change, please contact us. We will be happy
to assist your order by e-mailing you a PayPal Invoice to complete the payment. See below
